Which client version are you using? Perhaps you can try download the latest experimental client, if you're already using the latest stable client.

Hi. I am using 2.13.6 (portable)

 

EDIT: I have tried the experimental version (2.14) as well as the 2.12 version below the latest stable. All versions give me the same error.
