Hello!

In that field you have to specify the proxy IP address, not the VPN server entry-IP address. Then you need to know whether it's an http or a SOCKS proxy (select the appropriate option).

Please do not hesitate to contact us for any further support.

Hello!

Please try to delete the XML configuration file and restart the client. The file path can be found in the Air client logs. Finally, please make sure that you pick the correct proxy type (OpenVPN supports http and SOCKS proxies).

Let us know whether it fixes the problem.

Kind regards

Hello!

That's correct: with AirVPN over proxy, you will be visible on the Internet with the exit-IP address of the server you're connected to. For your purpose, just do not connect Air over proxy, use the proxy with a properly configured application after you have connected to Air with proxy "None".
