Connects for 10 secs only

Connected to various servers, connection OK then after 10 seconds or so cannot reach any site, browser says looking up www.whatever then times out. Are there any known DNS problems?

if it's a DNS problem you should still be able to ping, for example, 8.8.8.8 

 

if it's more then that won't work either.
