air vpn working still cought downloading

Hello, hope this is the right forum

 

Today i was cought downloading at 30 may 2017

i was using deluge torrent client

ipleak showed no leaks

they used peer to peer forensicd systems from digital forensics

how did this happen

 

my system

5 pc win7 and win 10

1 WHS2011

downloading from whs2011, vpn from whs2011, ipleak tested from whs2011

If the notice is not a hoax, then your traffic was not tunneled.

 

Enable Network Lock to prevent any possible leak, including leaks caused by unexpected VPN disconnections and leaks caused by the torrent client itself when it is misconfigured (example: UPnP enabled, or any other option causing the software to bind to the physical network interface).

it's not an hoax, real letter from real lawyer

i have networklock enabled

even when my subscribtion expirerd the lock worked

i even checked the ip adres in the torrent client and it showed the tunneld adress

thats the reason i started this topic, i should have worked

what happend

do they have a way to traceback an torrent trough a tunnel?

is there a scenario in witch the torrent client works but the network lock and tunnel not?

is there a other way they can find my ip?

I suspect it's a misconfiguration of Deluge, then. Or something resetted the filtering rules NetLock put in place at runtime, firewall/WFP reset. Or both...
