Hi, I'm using linux mint, I've installed openVPN and have configured it to work without client by downloading the zip.

Omnicron is the only one that is connecting, the rest time out.

And, sidenote, P2P doesn't work on omnicron?

We don't detect any issue with Omicron. p2p does work on it, as usual. Can you please send us the logs of the attempted connections to the servers with which you receive a timeout?
