Slow speed on USA servers

Using USA server Persei. My ISP is UVerse. Any suggestions? I am using Eddie on MacOS with the automatic settings.

 

I just moved and have not had this problem previously.

Also, test speed another way.  I suggest dslreports.  The Air speed test doesn't usually show you the max possible.

Try different ports even if you have same ISP. Try a couple of UDP ports like 53 & 2018. Then try some TCP ports like 80 & 53.

Thanks guys, I have been away from the computer and just got back. After simply changing to a Canadian server I no longer have an issue. I didn't change anything else.
