Frunobulax 0 Posted ... Hi - I have a suggestion. I know about the option to "connect to last server on startup", and it's ok as far as it goes. But it often gets confused. If the system crashes, or gets put to sleep, or for any reason the client starts in any way other than during a clean startup after a clean shutdown, it dos not respect the "connect to last server" setting. This is an issue forZ me because I have to connect to the same server due to having a lot of location-aware apps that complain about all kinds of things if I connect from someplace it considers "unusual". I think it would be much better to have an option "Connect to this server whenever the client starts:" with a drop-down to select a server so you can specify what connect when the CLIENT starts *anytime*, not just on system startup.. Optionally, there could be an option checkbox like "If that server is unavailable, connect to the best available one." Thanks Quote Share this post Link to post
LZ1 672 Posted ... Hello! Doesn't the white/blacklisting work? Unless those location-aware apps require the same IP address, it's possible to only allow connections to specific countries.
