Herkulez99 0 Posted ... Hello dear forum, I recently tested out your service and everything worked fine. But after one day, after turning off the client on windows, I couldn't reach airvpn.org. I thought maybe it is down, but nope just for me.I went on my phone and my notebook (which are in the wifi network) and same thing.I started a free vpn on my phone and voila, I could reach airvpn.org again. Same thing on laptop with a free proxy. The interesting thing is that the client and VPN itself works fine, nothing is blocked. But it seems that my ISP blocked airvpn.org...Could you help? Did that help to someone else already? I thought using a VPN itself is perefectly legal.I'm from germany btwThank you! Quote Share this post Link to post
OpenSourcerer 1435 Posted ... Willkommen bei AirVPN. We'd need the OpenVPN logs. Paste them into spoiler tags as described in my signature. I recently tested out your service and everything worked fine. But after one day, after turning off the client on windows, I couldn't reach airvpn.org. I thought maybe it is down, but nope just for me. Ergo, it has nothing to do with access restrictions. It wouldn't work in the first place if it was blocked, so don't worry about your ISP It sounds like an issue with DNS or Network Lock, let's confirm this with your logs. Herkulez99 0 Posted ... Seems like the range of my IP is listed on a policy block list.https://www.spamhaus.org/pbl/query/PBL331442Does AirVPN use those block lists?I checked "tracert airvpn.org" in the cmd and the connection ends in France at the ISP "OVH SAS", so it's not my ISP that is blocking me.
