AirVPN settings for iPad

I don't have a jailbroken iPad, and I don't really want to jailbreak it.

Can I just use the standard VPN settings screen, and type in the AirVPN settings?

If so, what are they?

Hello!

Unfortunately you can't. Apple, in its ongoing war against free and open source software and against an open Internet, decided some time ago to forbid free and open source software to run on iPad and iPhone. You need to jailbreak your device if you wish to run free and open source software. AirVPN is completely based on free & open source OpenVPN for security reasons and we don't and won't provide PPTP access.

While we don't provide support to jailbreak, our configuration generator does provide all the necessary files for GuizmoVPN and any other OpenVPN based wrapper/GUI.

I have openvpn on my iPhone (jailbroke) but I fail to see how the configuration generator supplies files that I can use. I can use IPSec, L2TP, or PPTP and all of them need text input.

Has anybody actually done this?
