Bizzare Connection Problems and DNS Leaks

Recommended Posts

I'm having some weird problems in Ubuntu 16.10. Half the time I fail to connect to a VPN server at all, but in half the times I do manage to connect I get DNS leaks (even though that's supposed to be impossible in linux). Further, if I disconnect from the VPN server then my wired connection stops working completely. But wireless still works. Only a full reboot will fix the wired connection. Anyone know what's going on here? I set up AirVPN via the Network Manager, if that helps.

Hello!

So are you using the Eddie client and/or have you tried it or not?

Enjoy. With its Network Lock you won't have leaks for sure, especially. Remember to go download the Experimental. Not 2.10. Or you'll be making another post very soon about why it doesn't work.
