Hello!

Please try go to the Eddie protocol settings and switch to TCP . Do also try turn of IPv6 on ALL networking adapters. Including the TAP driver.

Well strictly speaking, you should turn off the client first haha.

It looks like you still have IPv6 on in your TAP driver, if this is anything to go by:

. 2017.01.28 18:49:54 - OpenVPN > TAP-WIN32 device [Local Area Connection 2] opened: \\.\Global\{685BC911-B5B1-4CA9-8E37-46A4D0AC2B9F}.tap

Also, try switch to the TCP protocol. If all fails, then I do recommend you try the Experimental client, if you're not already using it .

You can also go to your TAP drivers properties settings, then into Advanced and enable "Always Connected" then click apply.

Gday again, thanks for your patience, IPV6 is off, i did have it to TCP didn't help so put it back to UDP, i have tried your suggestion above, see how that goes.

Thanks for your help really appreciate it.

On Windows, if you put your computer to sleep, the routing table will be reset, thus breaking any VPN functionality until a full reconnect is performed.

I don't think I'm putting it to sleep I'm only locking it, here is the log from Eddie 2.11 hopefully that puts some light on why its happening. Go to 2.53 and you can see the VPN being cut.

Thanks

Ok I found out what the problem was, in Win 7 Power Options you have to turn the power plan to High Performance, if you dont the other options put the computer to sleep, killing the VPN .

Thank you very much to all who have tried to help it means alot
