Unable to connect to UK servers

Hi there,

 

I've had some problems with UK Servers. My girlfriend in France can connect but is unable to reach gmail, iPlayer etc. I've just tried from the UK using Minkar, and I've got the same error message. The same with betelgeuse, my girlfriend has tried various UK servers with no success.

 

This is using Chrome on a Windows 10 32 desktop and a W10 64 laptop.

 

Every time connecting to the servers seems fine, but we're unable to access any websites!

It would be useful if you had some Eddie logs or such. Have you tried different protocols?

They took them down. Everyone had the same problem because if you noticed they had lots of users connected and 0 load.

Check again and confirm we are talking about the same servers.

I had issues yesterday with the UK servers and I now notice that six of them are showing as "closed" as the server is down.

 

Is this a temporary situation...?

Cant use any UK server, just keep getting timed out.

I was having this problem but it seems like it's been fixed now.

Six of the UK servers are still showing that they are closed for me, although I am now connected to a UK one.

 

It does take a long time though when browsing with the message "resolving host" often appearing.
