Keksjdjdke 35 Posted ... Every time I try to sign into Eddie I get the error "Cannot login. (The request timed out)". I've even tried to reset my Mac by wiping the SSD and reinstalling macOS 10.12.2 (16C68). I've made sure my firewall is disabled and I've updated to the latest Eddie client 2.11.10 and I still get the above error. I have another Mac on the same wifi network running the same version of macOS and eddie and the other Mac always works. I've also verified that my password is correct. Here are my logs. LZ1 672 Posted ... Hello! You could try turning off Eddie, then going into the AirVPN folder and deleting AirVPN.xml. Quote Hide LZ1's signature Hide all signatures Hi there, are you new to AirVPN? LZ1 672 Posted ... Have you tried re-installing the client? Possibly with the portable version? You could also submit a support ticket - you don't have to wait for us Quote Hide LZ1's signature Hide all signatures Hi there, are you new to AirVPN? You could also submit a support ticket - you don't have to wait for us I've reinstalled macOS Sierra and I've tried both versions of Eddy the portable and the installer. I contacted the supporting and they raise my ticket to support level 2. But they haven't been able to resolve it yet. Quote Share this post Link to post

nekusasu 0 Posted ... Guys, the problem is actually the new version (2.11.15). I had the same issue but I found a workaround:1. Delete Eddie version 2.11.15;2. Use this method to delete AirVPN.xml (https://airvpn.org/topic/20620-osx-fresh-install-air-vpn-client-login-fail/) <-- this is important, make sure you do it correctly;3. Install the older version (2.10). I can't guarantee it will work 100% for everyone but this is what solved it for me! Also, I sent a support ticket and it was escalated to Support level 2 so I'm sure they will get into it. Please send a ticket too so this can be fixed sooner! And I have opened many tickets and they can not fix it. it would be nice if the developer looks into this. Quote Share this post Link to post
