hakkoZ 0 Posted ... I have a problem with AirVPN on Fedora 25. I'm using AirVPN through the official Eddie client (2.11.9). It works great, but sometimes I see my real IP on DNS check sites. Under Preferences -> DNS, "Check AirVPN DNS" is checked. Network lock is activated. "Check if tunnel works" is checked. Settings are default, except that I enabled load on startup and network lock. The strange thing is, that this happens even when my resolv.conf file only has AirVPN's DNS in it. I've included a screenshot to show the issue. This is on a brand new Fedora 25 installation, no strange settings or anything. Help would be much appreciated. Quote Share this post Link to post
LZ1 673 Posted ... Hello! Welcome to AirVPN! Perhaps you should try the 2.11.10 version and we'll take it from there? If you're using Wayland please see this too . Did you check ipleak.net too? Quote Hide LZ1's signature Hide all signatures Hi there, are you new to AirVPN? Many of your questions are already answered in this guide. You may also read the Eddie Android FAQ. Moderators do not speak on behalf of AirVPN. Only the Official Staff account does. Please also do not run Tor Exit Servers behind AirVPN, thank you. Did you make a guide or how-to for something? Then contact me to get it listed in my new user guide's Guides Section, so that the community can find it more easily. Share this post Link to post

Hi, will check again with 2.11.10, wasn't aware the client got updated. Wayland is deactivated. As long as my ISP DNS is showing on one site, it doesn't matter if another site isn't showing it.
