I'm running a trial with airvpn and getting poor speeds.

 

Down: 21.351 Mbit/s Out, 3.392 Mbit/s In (15%), 20MB - Up: 8.981 Mbit/s Out, 4.788 Mbit/s In (53%), 20MB - Date: Tue, 27 Dec 2016 21:01:31 GMT - Buffers: 20MB/20MB - Laps: 3, Time: 169.44 secs

Down: 21.236 Mbit/s Out, 3.171 Mbit/s In (14%), 20MB - Up: 8.310 Mbit/s Out, 4.554 Mbit/s In (54%), 20MB - Date: Tue, 27 Dec 2016 21:05:34 GMT - Buffers: 20MB/20MB - Laps: 3, Time: 179.82 secs

Windows xp running in a virtual machine, fyi.

Please do remember to try other speedtesting methods, in addition to the Air one . Do remember to port-forward, in the case of torrents.

Connect to servers closest to you for better results.  For example:  If I connect to a european server, I get about 8mb, but if I connect to a server in the US, I get about 45mb.  I'm obviously assuming you are not already doing this.
