Very slow browsing on iPad 10.2

Hello everyone...for several day's my internet is extremely slow and i would ask someone to assist with setting OpenVPN app for iPad if maybe there is the clue...

Hi LZ1...Only what i can understand from test web RTC detection showing no leak but when testing DNS leak, test result know my IP address but from some other part of earth...

Well perhaps you need a different browser . I'm not sure if you mean your actual IP address or not. Depending on which Air server you're connected to, it would be normal for it to display an IP address from a different country .

If you are not from Sweden, then everything is functioning as intended.  It's showing your DNS address is the same as the server you are connected to.  This is the correct result for "no DNS leak".

I am having the same issue. There is definitely a significant problem here. Here are the troubleshooting steps I have taken. Hopefully airvpn will step in and investigate.

 

iPad

Tested on iOS version 9 & vesion 10

When on my wap, disconnected to vpn I am getting 50+Mb/s

When connected to vpn, the speed varies from >2Mb down to .2Mb... Unacceptable

I tried this on cellular also. Generally the same results but the speeds are slower.

Tried multiple configurations which I generated. I've tried multiple countries, generally the same results. When I say generally... Never above 2Mb

 

iPhone

I tired exactly the same troubleshooting steps above on my phone... My phone was already at 10.2

Same results

 

I've ruled out my device and wifi... It's either openvpn or airvpn... Can someone from support please chime in here and test this for yourself?

Then submit a support ticket . Support doesn't chime in on the forums, unless the Staff account counts.
