ANSWERED Latency and Score (Sophos UTM)

I'm using Eddie on macOS Sierra which is running behind Sophos UTM 9.4 firewall.  I'm not seeing any values for score or latency, I've already allowed ICMP on the firewall. I believe the firewall is blocking something which is preventing me from getting the latency and score values. I've tried bypassing the firewall and everything worked fine. Anyone have any experience with Sophos UTM?

Yep, i'm using the experimental version of Eddie. Everything works without the firewall, so it's a firewall configuration thats blocking something, can't seem to find anything in the logs.

Can you make sure port 89 is open for outside connections?

just opened up port 89 (TCP and UDP) and it made no difference.

You should see it in the client as well.

I see everything on that link you just posted, however, I still don't see the latency or the scores on the software. 

 

If I use my phone or another VPN to bypass the firewall then the scores and latency show up immediately.

Thanks for everyones help. I've managed sort out the problem. It was dhcp option 15 - domain-name (Sophos UTM), I had to turn that off for everything to work properly.
