Antipodean_Gypsy 0 Posted ... Hello, I am new to the world of VPN so apologies to begin with if I am not adhering to any specific forum etiquette with regards to support enquiries. I have just downloaded Eddie within the last couple of hours and am just starting to make my way around the software - It seemed to be working fine for the first 30-60 minutes but now I have run into some trouble. It simply will not connect, showing that it is failing to Authorise. I have attached a section of logs from the latest iterations of logging for those who might glean something useful from them. I am not particularly Tech savvy in this realm so hoping for those experts out there, this will shed some light on the situation. Many Thanks in advance AirVPN_20161217_133617.txt Quote Share this post Link to post
LZ1 673 Posted ... Hello! Welcome to AirVPN! If you go to your Client Area, are there 2 or more devices connected? There's a connection limit of 3. So you could try disconnect some other devices, if by chance any are connected . 1 Antipodean_Gypsy reacted to this Quote Hide LZ1's signature Hide all signatures Hi there, are you new to AirVPN? Many of your questions are already answered in this guide. You may also read the Eddie Android FAQ. Moderators do not speak on behalf of AirVPN. Only the Official Staff account does. Please also do not run Tor Exit Servers behind AirVPN, thank you. Did you make a guide or how-to for something? Antipodean_Gypsy 0 Posted ... Thank you for the reply - Just the one device connected, my PC. It seems to have stayed connected now since late yesterday afternoon till now (the next day). I usually stay connected 24/7. I guess I will have to see what happens over the month in order to have a better idea of how it is performing for me. Quote Share this post Link to post

I get those quite often as well. Most of AirVPN's troubleshooting has not 100% fixed the problem but i have found using the 2.11 beta which includes the latest OpenVPN version and TAP driver has made these much less frequent. My client is also configured to reconnect to the same server everytime it disconnects so that if i am away it will reconnect and go about what it's doing without any network downtime or leaking outside the tunnel. 1 Antipodean_Gypsy reacted to this Quote Share this post Link to post
