guppy 10 Posted ... Background: We are having some issue getting a mac a work to connect to our VPN server - while it works flawlessly for the Linux clients the mac gets stuck in an eternal authentication cycle. Question 1: Can I use Eddie with openVPN servers that aren't provided by AirVPN ( I kinda think I can, but just making sure ) Question 2: I may be dense, but where is the download ? The dmg on github is 3 years old;https://github.com/AirVPN/airvpn-client/tree/master/resources/osx so surely that isn't it? Quote Share this post Link to post
LZ1 672 Posted ... Hello! I'm curious how you managed to get it installed on Linux and not know where the download is. Maybe I misunderstood something. As for issues, you should post some logs or we'll be operating in the dark . Quote Hide LZ1's signature Hide all signatures Hi there, are you new to AirVPN? Many of your questions are already answered in this guide. You may also read the Eddie Android FAQ. Moderators do not speak on behalf of AirVPN. Only the Official Staff account does. Please also do not run Tor Exit Servers behind AirVPN, thank you. Did you make a guide or how-to for something? guppy 10 Posted ... I don't use the client, hence the questions. Sadly it seems you cannot use your own VPN with Eddie though Quote Share this post Link to post
Khariz 109 Posted ... Pretty sure Eddie is a AirVPN only thing. I don't really know what that's too disappointing though. Eddie is a really fancy OpenVPN wrapper, but you can do most of the same stuff with OpenVPN itself (besides the network lock stuff). Quote Share this post Link to post
