ANSWERED After restart VPN no longer mask's IP/un-geoblocks

I was previously able to watch geo-blocked videos however after the VPN froze and i restarted my mac I am unable to access those same videos.

Thank you for the help, I've followed your steps and got to:

  • Try check out ipleak.net and make sure that the IP & DNS address fields only show 1 address each: those from AirVPN. Otherwise your ISP could be blocking you.

 

However once at this step the website shows my original IP and the VPN IP which according to this indicates my ISP could be blocking me. What would you recommend doing after this? My ISP and the website i am trying to access (XFINITY) is not on the lists in your sig.

So by the sound of it, your real IP Is showing. Provided you're using the Eddie client, try turn on Network Lock.
