airvpn iphone randomly disconnecting from internet

Airvpn (openvpn client) for iPhone is randomly disconnecting from the internet. In the log there is nothing, just the connection status from the day before, sometimes more then 24 hours. But it then loses its connection and keeps being "connected" but i cannot load any page or app.

THen i have to go to openVPN and manually disconnect and connect to make the vpn and my internet work again.

 

Because i have the same problem on my PC sometimes, i have the feeling this is due to servers wich are having trouble to stay connected and bug-out and stop working until reconnected.

 

A fix would be great. Unfortunatly i cannot be of much help since the last entry in the logs are that it successfully connected wich is hours and hours before it randomly disconnects.

You can always attach a log in a file and/or use spoiler tags - then it won't matter how long the logs are, really. I'd say it's more likely it's something to do with your setup, rather than Airs. But it's hard to say, without logs and more info. On your PC, you ought to experiment with different protocols and servers, at the very least.

I noticed just now when unlocking my phone it was not connected to VPN.

So i checked the openVPN app and it says authentication failed.

A log without me able to copy and paste:

SSL Handshake.

Session is active.

EVENT: Get_config

Sending push request to server...

EVENT: AUTH_FAILED.

EVENT: DISCONNECTED.
