testvpnspeed 0 Posted ... Hello, I have a Macbook and W10 desktop. I use the AirVPN client on both machines with the same settings. I'm connecting via port 443 as for some reason I seem to get better speeds on 443 compared to most other ports. Without VPN on both machines, I can get 200-210 Mbps. With VPN on my Mac, I can reach 190 Mbps. With VPN on W10 I can reach 110 Mbps. It's not the end of the world but it would be great if I could reach the same sorts of speeds as I do on my Mac. My Mac is connected via wifi. My W10 machine is connected via Ethernet to a wireless repeater. As a test I tried connecting my Mac to the same wireless repeater via ethernet and was able to reach 190 Mbps with VPN. I've changed the power settings and just in case used the Process Lasso program to prioritise my desktop resources for the AirVPN program. I've also tried turning off the firewall on the W10 machine. Lastly I've tried rebooting Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you. Quote Share this post Link to post

testvpnspeed 0 Posted ... Hi LZ1, Thanks a lot for your suggestions. I've tried using the eddie-ui_2.11 client. I've also tried using the the tap-windows-9.21.2 drivers as well but no luck unfortunately. Is there anything else you I could try? Thank you. Quote Share this post Link to post
