In Switzerland: Secret service agents have licence to hack computers

Recommended Posts

Just a note: secret services in all countries have such "license".

It's just rare it goes public.

Yeah, but now it's legal...

Hello!

Even if it wasn't legal, they'd just change the laws to make it retroactively legal haha. *Cough* UK *cough*.

"retroactively legal haha"

In Orstraya it is legal but it is illegal to speak or communicate about it (specific operations) unless one risks 10 years jail, maybe in some sort of solitary confinement .... hahhahhah ...

At least the marketing managers for the multinational ITC vendors get big big bonuses for big big orders for  Bigger Big Data.

Switzerland's secret service must be awesome... I feel like they are a group of a couple dozen people that laugh at the copyright trolls trying to invade their country...

Sort of like the rubber stamping FISA Courts and Blanket National Security letters in the USA..

The reality is, all of them can do it and/or find a way to do it in any country, legally.

Question for Staff:

If Swiss Secret Service agents can legally hack any computers, do you have concerns that they can hack Air's servers there?

As far as no real official warning is present everything remains as it is. We had a similar thing with UK and some controversial laws some months ago, yet the UK servers are still up.

Watch out BTW: Norway is planning to do what Sweden does with this FRA fuckery.

Collect & or analyze ALL data from/to/via Norway

edit: sorry not exactly 100% relevant.... (maybe 2%?)
