Login Not Working

My subscription expired by one day. I just renewed my subscription. But now, for some reason, the system isn't recognising my login/password.

 

Any ideas?

On the website.  I can access the website fine - I just can't activate the VPN.

If you are using the AirVPN client (Eddie), it is the same password as on the website.

I can get in by double clicking on the main AirVPN icon.  But when I try to activate it, where it says "Show main window", it doesn't work.  It says "Wrong Login/Password" and beneath that "Login action required".

 

It doesn't work when I use the same login and password I use to access this page.

Hello!

 

Perhaps you should try re-installing Eddie and/or changing your password on the site. You could perhaps also share an image of what you're seeing, if you want to . You should be able to open the program, type in your login details and then click Connect To Recommended Server.
