Connection issue

I just got a three day trial to try out your service.
After installing I am not able to connect, the connection gets terminated over and over again.

Read somewhere here on the forums that I should try installing the experimental version and that DNS switch mode should be disabled and check AirVPN DNS unchecked.
The connection problem remains.

Hello!

 

In your case the problem appears different: route check and DNS check do not even start because the connection can not be established. Something is blocking UDP and/or OpenVPN packets, according to the logs. Before anything else please check any packet filtering tool, both on your system and router.

Ah ok. As I'm doing this from my PC at work it seems like it's company policy to block this.
Guess there is nothing I can do

I unchecked automatic protocols and tried out a few from the list. Seems to work now

Copy paste from the PM I sent you regarding this.

 

"Well I didn't do much. It seems like company policy was blocking ports and protocols so I tried to find one that was not blocked.

Preference->Protocol->Uncheck Automatic now chose one form the list and try to connect. 

SSH on port 22 worked for me. 

Hope this helps."
