When I generate a configuration file I did not receive the expected AirVPN zip file. Instead I received a folder named "Air". I proceeded to copy it to the configuration folder in Tunnelblick but was unsuccessful when I attempted to connect. The log file follows. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello!

You should decompress the folder (or navigate into it) and copy the 4 files you see inside. Paste & use them as the configuration, certificates and key for Tunnelblick, according to instructions.

Please do not hesitate to contact us for any further information or support.

Kind regards

I think you're receiving a folder named, "air" instead of an archived "air.zip" is because Safari unzipped it for you. (You should totally disable that option.)

Anyway, I found the easiest, most brain-dead simple way to add config files to Tunnelblick is to simply rename the 'air" folder containing those config files into whatever name you want and add a ".tblk" extension. OS X will confirm if you want to actually do this. Click, "Add" Deselect the folder, which is now a Tunnelblick config file! Double-click it and Tunnelblick will ask if you want to add it. Badabing, badaboom, DONE!
