Can't connect when network lock is activated

I am using Windows 7 x64 and Eddie doesn't connect when the network lock is enabled. Also when using SSL and the network lock is enabled, stunnel crashes. Here are my logs from Eddie:

Still can't connect when lock is enabled. I uninstalled version 9.21 in the Device Manager and installed 9.9.1. Here are more logs after I attempted to connect with 9.9.1:

Looks more like a firewall configuration problem.

I am using the default Windows firewall rules.

 

I can get Comodo Firewall to work but am only having problems with Windows firewall.

I have noticed the same 2 discrepancies in both logs:

 

1) AirVPN client can not force the change of the DNS servers for your router and Tap Adapter,

so no connection to a server;

2) same socket error referencing 127.x.x.1:31xx.

 

If AirVPN works with Comodo check the AirVPN client logs with the Comodo firewall working to find the difference with Windows firewall setup.
