Cannot Connect to server

Every time I try to connect it tells me connection terminated and restarting it is one continuous loop.

Thanks mate, i tried to do as was explained but failed, mainly because Im a complete noob, i uninstalled the Air program reinstalled it uninstalled the TAP driver which appeared to nothing wasn't able to install 9.9.1 as far as i know, however something changed its now working, we'll see for how long.
