[SOLVED] Losing days on billing

Just wanted to know this but, I had on my plan 6days left, so i re did paid for my plan for now 3 month and now it saying that it only 91 days left...if i had 6days left before it expire then should it not be 96 days left and not 91...and one that can look into this will be helpful.

This is a bug of the AEC payment processor (a commercial product) that we use to handle accounts expirations. We have given you back your 6 missing days.

Not exactly the same situation, I don't think, but this is the closest topic I could find.

I just bitcoined a one month plan a few days ago. Today I checked my countdown for the first time and it reads, "Premium Account // Expire in -2 days." It should be something like -27 days, though; '-2 days' does correspond to the end of May but I definitely haven't had it for all of this month. Can someone fix this for me?

(I guess I should ask, while I'm at it, "is a month 30 or 31 days?")

Thank you for your purchase.

Your account expiration date was correct but there was a problem in the display of the data on your panel. We have fixed it, let us know whether it's all right now. One month is a solar month plus one tolerance day to avoid sudden disconnections. Please note that the tolerance day is not displayed in the expiration days count.

I just tried to post but it doesn't seem to be showing up, let me try again.

I just extended my subscription by 1 year but I had 26 days left on my plan which are now missing, I understand there is a bug.
