I'm on a university network so I've previously used NordVPN to play video games that can't be played through port forwarding however about 2 months ago it stopped working and get stuck on connecting. I've just got a 3 day sub to AirVPN with the hope that it would work however I'm getting the same issue in that it gets stuck on connecting.

Any help would be appreciated!

Hello,

please test OpenVPN over SSL connection mode, it's worth a try. You can change connection modes in Air client software window "AirVPN" > "Preferences" > "Protocols". Select "SSL Tunnel - Port 443", click "Save" and test connections to various servers in different locations.

Kind regards
