I lose internet everytime I use this program

Every time I'm connected to this program I only get to use it around 15 minutes and then my entire household loses internet. I can only get internet back from restarting my router. Does anyone know why this is happening?

from the symptoms it might be a router bug, perhaps related to UDP. Try to upgrade the router firmware.
