DuckDuckGo blocked

DuckDuckGo seems to be blocked in most NL servers. See the report here:

Can the Staff do something about this? It's a huge annoyance to me.

Oh, that's weird. Yesterday (at the time I posted this), it did. I should've taken a screenshot.

Perhaps the word 'Duck' got confused with a similar word somewhere in the mix

I have had the same issues today, checked via airvpns routing check site and duckduck go was down for many NL servers just switched to one that was fully working and now its back up and working fine.

 

Was forced to switch to Duckduck search since startpage now requires catcha phrase checks on every search attempt, I think it detects unusual high volume from Airvpn exit ip addresses so thinks its spam or an bad ip.

Comically, I have no issues using Duckduck on TOR.  You would think that is the first place to be blocked.  Maybe later I'll drop down to strictly vpn and give it a look.  After Paris I don't like giving up hops.  I bet they are watching all this encryption more closely.

Try https://search.disconnect.me, to my great surprise they don't have captchas yet even on Tor, and they can proxy

requests to Google and DuckDuckGo.

 

This is a double benefit for users, both using Google with less tracking and also avoid Google's captchas.

Is there anything you can do about this? Perhaps contact duckduckgo and ask them if they know what's happening?
