[SOLVED] Account not actived

Hi,

I had just purchased a months subscription and I can't log into the client because it says my account is not activated. I am transitioning over from a previous client and I am now without protection. Can you please resolve this ASAP. thanks

I think I having same problem. I just purchased subscription and when I try connect with Air Vpn Windows client I get error: "Account not active. Please retry later."

Hoping will fix itself soon but posted here just because I think it same problem.

Thanks for the reply.Now I know it's not just me. I just re installed my previous service that has a couple of days left on it anyway, so I guess I'll just use that until they enable my account, or whatever they need to do.

No it still same.

I never used Air Vpn before so idk maybe I am do something wrong. Website acknowledges my paid account when I login so I think should work.
