You guys are running a really well thought out service. I come from the IT enterprise world and been looking and trying out different VPN's and I must say I like how you guys do things. Your TOS is laid out in plain english, your app is amazingly transprent as far as stats, servers, latency etc and your speeds are really good. It's also nice to see you guys disable ipv6 by default. It's a little buried but easy to find. My only question is are your servers VPS's or do you guys own the hardware? other than that keep up the fantastic work - sincerely a new customer.

We never use VPS for our VPN servers and for main AirVPN infrastructure servers, we only operate dedicated servers.
