ANSWERED ipleak results for server Phaet (NL) say it is in London (UK)

Hi,

 

I was connected to Phaet (NL) (automatically as best server at the time), checked ipleak.net as always and the results were that my IP was now defined in London (UK).

 

Is this an expected behavior? I doubt.
