hugomueller 13 Posted ... I Need to define own rules for the windows firewalls. After a restart all the rules haven been deleted and only the airvpn rules are active. How can I make rules persistent and avoid overwritting from airvpn? Quote Share this post Link to post
Staff 9972 Posted ... Hello! In "AirVPN" -> "Preferences" -> "Advanced" -> "Network Lock" set the combo box "Mode:" to "None". In this way you will completely disable Network Lock, and you will prevent permanently Eddie to modify firewall rules. Anyway, even if you use Network Lock, if you shut down Eddie properly it will restore previous firewall rules diligently. It's only when you kill Eddie without grace that it can't restore rules. Guest Posted ... If the rules you make manual are deny like i do and you also want the rules by air you should follow this.Enable network lock, backup the rules, disable network lock, import rules, add your own rules, don't enable network lock again.Keep in mind when new locations are added you will need to do the same thing again or manually add the new servers. hugomueller 13 Posted ... Thanks! I could configute it now manually.I had to manually add a new IP Adress to the AllowAirIPS rule.Would it be possible to publish these IPS or changes here on AirVPN? If not I always have to activate logging and troubleshoot for the problem. Quote Share this post Link to post
hugomueller 13 Posted ... To give an example:213.152.161.100this IP was blocked. I had to add it manually. I guess this happens due to new servers? 1 usefulvid reacted to this Quote Share this post Link to post
