Netherlands servers show up in UK when I check ip address

I just logged onto the Phaet Server in the Netherlands.  However, when I checked the ip (link below), it says that I'm connected to a server in the UK?!  Note I usually check the ip and up until a few days ago it would always show that I was connected to a server in the Netherlands.  One more thing, it appears that several of the Netherlands servers have this issue not just Phaet.
