Stem 0 Posted ... HI, Having a problem trying to connect to any server:- Auth Failed. When checking account, I still have 20 days left. The reason shown in client area for connection failure is "Imminent Withdrawal" Is there some issue? Quote Share this post Link to post
Staff 10016 Posted ... Hello! Servers marked as closed for "Imminent Withdrawal" are closed to new connections because their withdrawal is imminent. Already connected clients will be disconnected only at the very last minute before the withdrawal. We also recommend that clients connected to such servers disconnect as soon as possible. Please connect to any open server. Kind regards Quote Share this post Link to post

This would allow those of us who generate configuration files for the original OpenVPN client to get set up ahead of time. It seems likely to me that a shift like this may need to be done again some time in the future. Quote Share this post Link to post
Stem 0 Posted ... I use the openVPN client for connections, so download config files. There is nothing in the "Config generator" to determine if a sever is closed. Even though I do get "Auth failed" for the "Closed" servers, the connection shows as active in my "client area". Is there a list for current servers that I can use? Quote Share this post Link to post
jijiandfarmgang 0 Posted ... Yes same here, I'm trying different servers, but it is a hassle updating firewall rules, only to find out new servers won't allow me to connect. Quote Share this post Link to post
