Good Day All Today I had to update my Airvpn Client from Eddie 1 to Eddie 2.9.2 since then my download speed while using airvpn on Netherlands dropped from 9 megs to barely 1 meg why is this please help. amnesty 18 Posted ... I tried the 8 ports to see what worked best in my environment. 443, 53, 80, 2018, both UDP and TCP. I hear people get better performance with UDP 443, UDP 53 or 80. That was not the case for me. I ended up finding UDP 2018 provided the best performance. Recently, I noticed UDP 443 improved and have been using that. I am unable to connect using UDP 53. Staff suggested my ISP is hijacking the (DNS) port. Whatever is happening it certainly is a considerable difference. I also noticed Kasperskpy Internet Security slows it down a bit but I must be on Windows so that is an observation, not workaround. Quote Share this post Link to post
