Help with gift voucher

I bought a gift voucher and expected to receive it by email so that I could give it to recipient. However, I can't find the gift code anywhere in my account, and haven't received it by email. Can someone indicate how I can find it?

I sent a message to support, but maybe they don't work on weekends...?
