Can't connect to any servers

I was connected to the Netherland servers via the client programme (Eddie) using my PC, and every thing was OK

 

I then tried to set up another connection using my Ipad, I followed the instructions but could not connect to the Netherland, German or Swedish servers.

 

I logged out of the client programme to see if I could get a connection using my Ipad, but could not.

 

Now when I start the client programe my on PC, it too will not connect either?

 

I have tried rebooting my PC but it makes no difference.

 

It would appear that my account has been suspended, I thought that I could have 3 seperate logins?

Hello,

 

your account is authorized to access every VPN server and as usual it can establish three simultaneous connections from different devices to different VPN servers. Please feel free to publish client logs pertaining to some failed connection.
