Not connecting just taking me back to log in

Hi

 Everytime I try to connect it tries then sends me back to the log in screen. I'm using windows 8 but it updated last night so could be 8.1 now. Any ideas would be most welcome.

No ideas until you provide more info on which client you use and which version it is, and if you happen to have some logs, oh yeah, I think that will be useful as well.

I'm using windows 8.1. I don't know how to access the logs I'm afraid as I'm not very good with computers so if any one would be kind enough to guide me through the process that would be great. Thanks

Assuming that you're running our client Eddie, please click "Logs" tab, click "Copy to clipboard" icon and paste into your message.
