Problem using software

I just purchased the service, and downloaded the software, however when I try to open it I get the following message:

"The version of this file is not compatible with the version of Windows that you are running. Check your computers system information to see whether you need a x86 (32-bit) or x64 (64 bit) version of the program, and then contact the software publisher."

I am using Windows 7 Home Premium, version 6.1 (32-bit Operating System)

Will AirVPN work for me?

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,

 

you're probably trying to run the 64 bit version. Make sure to download the 32 bit version for Windows 7.
