Can't log in?

Very clearly I can log into the website so I know my username and password but the client continually tells me it's incorrect....why?

I am also having this problem. it worked for a couple of days, now I can no longer login. I uninstalled and reinstalled, tried both 64 and 32 bit versions with no luck. Win 7 64 bit OS

Sounds like you both should open a support ticket from the client area.

Problem solved, user entered wrong username.
