Cant log in

I've just joined and Im on windows 8.1 64 bit.

 

I can log onto this website fine, but I cant log on to the air vpn program. A pop-up appears and tells me "wrong login/password".

 

How am I supposed to connect?

First thing I'd check is that the AirVpn client can talk to the internet unobstructed, ie it's not being blocked by any default FW or security related software (it'll need port80\http outbound at a minimum for login and manifest fetching). Also if you're saving your password, close airvpn software and open up c:\Program Files\AirVPN\AirVPN.xml and check that your username and password in there were\are saved correctly, if not correct them and restart airvpn.

 

Also I'd ping auth.airvpn.org and make sure it at least resolves to an address, and unless you are blocking outbound\inbound icmp\pings then the response should show.

 

If neither is the issue, and you can login to this site just fine click "Client area" and open a support ticket I'm sure support will get you sorted out if the problem is on their end (or yours).

Ran AIRvpn for one month no problems. Updated subscription for 12 months and now I get a "subscription required" message when I try to connect. The money has been taken, but I am now one day gone of my 12 months without access to the service. Surely, a subscription upgrade should be seamless?

I have uninstalled vpn restarted my pc reinstalled vpn! it is still telling me wrong pass word wrong log in. I have changed my password on this site. I have work to do can someone please help. is there a way to change the vpn password on the computer with out going to this site?
