Can you please give us the exact error messages? What is your OS?

Instructions for connection can be found in menu "More"-->"Access with...". Pick the appropriate entry according to your operative system.

Hi I have a similar problem. I run the AirVPN.exe utility. When I attempt the free access login (which doesn't seem to require me to login), it tells me repeatedly that "Sorry, there is no server available for you at moment." While on the main page it says the following:

Servers online. Active Users: 73

Not connected. Your current IP:

Member Access

How do I sign in? I would like to see the service to see if I would like to sign up. I am currently on Windows 7.
