Since my account just have 1 day to expire so i tried renewing it by using credit card but its showing pending and wait for approval, did it 2 times already and both payment showing pending. Can anyone help

This is an issue that would best be dealt with by the AirVPN support staff. I would recommend opening a support ticket.

Its strange that i opened a ticket but they closed it without being bothered about it and now its seems they are going to loose a customer because of sad approach towards the issue, whenever i am trying to use my card and purchase a plan error come is server encountered an internal error and unable to process your request. seems since they are not bother about the issue i might have to look towards some other vpn provider

This is not how issues are handled here. And I started my year of AirVPN the same day you registered.

Always keep in mind that nobody is perfect. We humans do mistakes every now and then and just because one did a mistake you shouldn't curse him. As we humans are not perfect, things we creare aren't, too. Nature's rule.

 

Please reopen the ticket. I'm sure Staff will write you soon.

I am not cursing or so just i opned ticket and they just closed it just like that even though i explain clearly its their payment gateway issue

In my experience, Air has been great in handling this sort of thing, even though the payment systems themselves are a neverending source of frustration.

 

Make sure it's not a browser issue or anything else on your end (I have recently been bitten by strange payment issues that then go away for no apparent reason), and open another ticket. I'm sure someone just made a mistake last time.

Just for the records, the ticket of this customer has been handled properly and after an explanation from us and a customer reply the ticket has been closed because the problem of the customer has been exhaustively treated.

finally payment gone through and i am able to renew the subscrption thanks for help but hope payment gateway try to re look into issue which is their end issue
