Explanation of simultaneous connections policy?

Recommended Posts

If I remember correctly, I read somewhere in the forums that AirVPN allows three simultaneous connections. However I think there was a catch about the connections needing to connect to three separate servers. Could someone please clarify what is the exact stand?

My issue is I am unable to browse via Hadar (Hongkong) server from both my laptop and desktop simultaneously. On the Windows desktop, the Eddie client automatically disconnects after a short while and auto connects to the recommended server (which usually happens to be in Netherlands.) The Tunnelblick client on the laptop, it connects to Hadar, but webpages don't seem to open. If I disconnect and connect to a different server, all works properly.

Hello!

You can connect to the same server but make sure to connect different devices to different ports, otherwise you will always experience the problem you report. Also, port forwarding will not work properly in any case if you connect multiple times simultaneously to the same server.

Kind regards
