snaggle 25 Posted ... Are they any plans to provide a RPM download option for the client ?I'm a relativly new linux user and even newer to suse, Without a readme I'm struggling to install the .tar.gz.Thanks. Quote Share this post Link to post
Staff 9973 Posted ... Hello! It's planned but in the meantime just download the tar.gz archive, decompress it and run "airvpn" (even by double-clicking it from the file manager). In order to extract a tar.gz archive use the command "tar -xvfz" from a terminal or just use the graphical file manager in your desktop environment. Kind regards Quote Share this post Link to post
snaggle 25 Posted ... Hi and thx for the response. My initial actions where trying to run the extracted file/s to no avail.... nothing.I have done a fresh install of opensuse 13.10.2 and a full update. I have downloaded and extracted the file again. I have tried running airvpn by double clicking and by right clicking and selecting run, still nothing.Something I'm missing or a bug ?
