Trouble Connecting with OpenVPN

I have been having some issues with OpenVPN today, specifically on the German servers. Everytime I get to "MANAGEMENT: >STATE:1399392412,WAIT" it stops and nothing happens. It then tells me I have a tls error and that I need to check my connectivity, but I have no issues on other servers or with accessing this website without logging onto the VPN.

 

Anyone know what's going on?
